Candy Corn Witch – Free Pattern
I created this design last Halloween and this year I am finally posting the pattern! This little cutie is all set to go trick or treating and have a next-level sugar rush!
My goal is to make a few small series of dolls that will get grouped into sets on my Etsy (as low-priced paid pdfs) but they will always be here for free on my website!
Supplies
- Yarn – weight 4 acrylic.
- Skin Tone – I use CraftSmart Value(Loops and Threads?) in the color peach.
- Hair – I use Lion Brand Heartland Brown (I like the stone wash look for hair)
- White – Loops And Threads White
- Yellow – Loops and Threads Butter
- Orange – Loops and Threads Orange
- Black – Loops and Threads Black
- Crochet hook size 3.5 mm (or whatever you need to obtain proper tightness. You don’t want stuffing popping out)
- Stuffing
- Safety eye size 12 mm (if making for a small child i suggest just embroidering on eyes)
- Yarn Needle
- Scissors
- Pins and Stitch Markers (optional)
Notes
- This pattern is written is US crochet terms
- This pattern is meant to be customizable for whatever skin color/hair color you want. I give the exact yarns i used but please feel free to use other colors
- I use the ch2, work in second ch method for working in the round, feel free to swap for a magic loop.
- I do not stuff the arms, legs, hat, or dress. Only the head.
