In White Yarn, ch 2, in second ch from hook sc 6
R1 – sc 2 in each sc (12 sts)
R2 – *sc, inc* x6 (18 sts)
R3-5 – sc in each sc (18 sts)
R6 – *sc, dec* x6 (12 sts)
R7 – dec x6 (6 sts) Stuff to medium firmness
Tie off and close up the circle. Leave a tail for sewing.
In Yellow Yarn, ch 5, in second ch from hook sc to the end of the row, then sc along the other edge of the ch (8 sts). Slip stitch to first sc. Tie off, leave tail for sewing.
In Blue Yarn, ch 2, in second ch from hook sc 6
R1 – sc 2 in each sc (12 sts)
R2 – sc in each sc (12 sts)
R3 – dec x6 (6 sts)
R4 – sc in each sc (6 sts)
Tie off. Leave tail for sewing.
Sew Blue hat off center on the white head, I do it around R6 of head. Tie black yarn around base of hat where it is sewn to the head. Squish the yellow beak flat and sew it to R4 of the head. Sew Keychain to the top of the head using the tail from the head.

Bow
With Pink Yarn, ch 6, in first ch [tr x3, ch 5, sl st, ch 5, tr x3, ch 5, sl st] Tie off leaving a long tail. Wrap tail around center of bow 4-5 times and tie to the original tail to secure.
Squish the yellow beak flat and sew it to R4 of the head. Sew Keychain to the top of the head using the tail from the head. Sew bow in the center of the head in front of the keychain.
